You may request approval to pay course fees Saturday morning at check-in. Please check the box above and your confirmation email will authorize you to pay on-site provided you accept our payment/refund policy. A Unit check is preferred for BSA group reservations. YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER your group. No walk-ins but substitutions are fine! Please email us immediately if your plans change.

We will do everything we can to handle special circumstances for your group and we will honor cancellations received and acknowledged on or before the Monday the week of the scheduled class. Cancellations after that time and no-shows will be handled in accordance with our established policies. The person making this reservation will be responsible for cancellation fees.
